Vegan Cranberry Orange Muffins. {46}

I have fallen in love with baking again. Now that the kids entertain each other I have the time to bake from scratch. I spend countless hours on the internet looking at recipes and writing them in the same recipe book I've had since high school. Which, have some of my favorites in it. Like my mom's Jordan Marsh Muffins, Cranny's frosting and my dad's "world famous" oatmeal raisin cookies.
