I'm a sewing MACHINE! {87}

I've been sewing nonstop for the past two days. I made an adorable dress for Lucy, a huge blanket for our living room, three nautical couch pillows and a diaper cover for Jude. I love creating things. And it's so nice making things I would have bought in a store for much more money. The pillows were especially cheap, four dollars for a yard and I only needed a half a yard each.

  1. Loveeee! Did you just buy regular white pillows for underneath and then sew on the patterns?

  2. And I love your couch, it looks corduroy-like. :)

  3. Thanks! I bought plain, almost mesh-like pillows from JoAnn's that come already stuffed. Then I sewed three sides of the fabric with the right sides facing each other, turned it inside out and sewed the top shut. It took me around 20 minutes for all three!

  4. I love those pillows! I'm gonna pay you to sew things for me. Lol
    It'd be cheaper than going shopping and much cuter than anything in a store. :)
