Day Seventeen.

Happy Father's Day!

Day Sixteen.

It's the weekend! And we have our own little slice of paradise in the backyard. The kids got a sprinkler today, which Jude was pretty apprehensive about. He probably got one drop of water on him. Lucy was drenched. I ran to the store to buy some eggs, honey and milk and went back outside to find my son wearing a huge pink helmet going down the slide. That pretty much sums up his entire personality. After dinner the kiddos had some cupcakes, which Lucy absolutely loved. It was nice to see them happy before we had to pull about 8 splinters from their feet from the damn playhouse...

Day Fifteen.

I found Swan Lake today. And it's gorgeous. I could have spent all day there. Plenty of shade and it was very serene. Although, my favorite part was the massive amount of turtles they had. I have a new love of turtles. And sloths. Unfortunately, no sloths were present.

Day Fourteen.

Peaceful.

Day Thirteen.

I'm exhausted...Just one of those never ending days. I just sat down and it's ten o'clock. I did however sew Jude a new Cars diaper cover. Because he is still shitting his pants and I'm too cheap to actually buy real cloth diapers. Sorry for the instagram post, I'm tired! Bugger posed for me though.

Day Twelve.

Nothing...I repeat nothing, is better than a fresh bugger after his bath. This kid really kills me. And I know you all are jealous I got to sniff him and you didn't.

Day Eleven.

I love food. I will never be one of those scrawny girls because I love it that much. Every night I try to make something diferent, always from scratch and always vegetarian. Usually it costs me very little to make everything from the vegetable isle. For example, it cost me fifty dollars for a week's worth of dinners. All meatless, all healthy. I've pondered a food blog but I'm pretty aprehensive about it. I have no training with food, I just enjoy cooking and baking and food photography. In my free time I'm usually gazing at food porn or reading cookbooks. It's just a way to be creative...and full. Tonight I made a vegetable tian with blueberry bread for desert. It was yummy!
